- We had a good tactic before entering the match, but we changed it in order to win. We really made an effort to win this game, says Sayaka Hirota.
In second set, the Indonesians played more aggressive than in the beginning of first set, which led to an early lead in Indonesian favor. However, the Japanese came back strong and took the lead at the break 11-9. The rest of the match the Indonesians played less aggressive and waited with patience for their opponents to make the mistakes. The Indonesian fans were cheering faithfully on their heroes, but in the end, it was not enough to win the game. The Japanese won the second game 21-16 and took the victory and the place in the finals.
